Long Time Response & Admin (BO) Freeze

Hello.

First of all I want to say that it’s a awesome script.

Just installed on a live fresh wp theme the DHVC Form module alongside with the latest Visual Composer.

I am getting the following problems.

1. If I am going to create/update a Form the page get frozen and the website becomes unresponsive. The solution is to close the tab. The form gets saved but it’s quite annoying to keep jumping around tabs.

2. Tried to install the DHVC module the theme on big wp website.
– tried to activate the module and got an memory exhausted error
– modified the wp-config and and the admin is working
– the admin panel has a loading time from 3 secconds to over 90 secconds.
– deactivated the DHVC module and the admin works fast
– went and activated back the module and the admin is slow and the page still gets frozen after the first publish/update of any form.
– theme used: Newspaper WP Theme (4.6); Plugins: Advanced Custom Fields Pro, Akismet, Contact Form 7, WP Super Cache, Contact Form DB, Sucuri, Mashshare Share Buttons, WordPress SEO, Visual Composer.
– wordpress version – 4.1.1

Debug. From what I can see the admin-ajax.php with the module activated the response time goes from 2 seconds to 20 to 40 seconds.

Question regarding the functionality

I have tried to create a form that has only one submission per visitor and if the form. I saw that this can be achieved if the “display in a popup” is selected but doesn’t seem to work. I have added the form to a test page and went testing it from the a “incognito tab” and managed to click more 4 times and submitted like 4 times.

Also if you
– check the “display in a popup” you then can check the box of the “one time submission”
– after update, the check disappears and it’s available only if you uncheck the “display in popup” and check again.
– doesn’t seem to be working, managed to click and submit multiple
– tried both ajax and without it.
– tried from 3 different internet connections and 3 different desktops in fresh (no older cookies) session.

I really want to use this plugin as a replacement of the Contact Form 7, but right now it’s crashing my website.
