HI, I have set up a login form using the example in the user documentation but when I use the form, I get “Your message has been sent. Thank you!” – what am I doing wrong. Also, in Settings, if I choose the page in which I have added the form as the Login page, the form does nothing and I am locked out of admin…/wp-admin no longer works… 🙁
