Login access and Conditional Logic

Hello
I created two forms:
1. to sign up and access to a restricted area with login and password choose by user
2. access to that area with user login and password where fill out another form

I have several problems:
A. in the first module (1) ver iPad retina display. 9.3.5 and iPhone 6 ver. 9.3.5, I do not see the captcha.
B. when I try to access the private area (2.) with the login and password choose by user system does not recognize and it does not allow me access to the selection page
C. Where can I get more extensive guidance on the use of Conditional Logic?
