Thanks a lot for creating the topic for PanMail!
Your plugin can be a leading Woo Email Customiser plugin as many other lack the ability to handle custom statuses.
This is the reason why I’ve bought it as well.
I have some issues though.
I’ve used WooMail before and had no issues with tempaltes applied and emails not sent.
Currently I experience issues: no successful emails sent automatically as it did with Woo and also I’ve added Custom status with a plugin that can be seen by your plugin and edited. It is sent out, but lacks the setup template.
Can you please help?
