Increments missing from Quick View

I’m using the plugin here:

Order Meals

If you click on Quick View (now titled “Nutritional Values & Ingredient Benefits” the Quick View drop down does not have the increment buttons (+/-) that the single product pages have.

I would very much like them there, if possible.
