I can't get the lay-out to work to look like one of the demos

Hi,

I’ve been trying to work on my website using the Luxury Theme. However, I can’t get rid of the blog feed/info on the right side of the pages and also, I can’t seem to get the lay-out that’s shown on the themeforest website that’s supposedly available. This is the look that I want: http://sitesao.com/luxury/portfolio/?header-style=center and it’s not working with the theme. I bought the theme for this particular look: http://sitesao.com/luxury/portfolio/?header-style=center

Please help.
