How To Update DHVC Form?

Hi,

This may sound like a stupid question but I need a clarity.

I received an email saying that there is an update available for DHVC Form.

How can I update this?

Should I deactivate the last version of DHVC Form in WordPress? And then installed the updated version? If I do this, will it affect the form that I have created in the last version of DHVC Form?

Please assist with a step by step guideline to this.
