How to Show Stock with custom text.

Hello,

I like to show the stock quantity above the price with custom text. PLease see link:

Theoriecursussen

If stock =0 than text “VOL!”
If stock >1 than text “(stock quantity) Vrije Plaatsen!”
Can someone please tell me how to do that.
