How to edit Woo Product Categories Grid.

Hi
Please could you explain how to edit the Woo Product Categories Grid.
On Page Home Shop Categories 2 ,there is an element used called:
Woo Product Categories Grid,I understand where the images come from but how is the grid,text and button edited ?See image attached.
