How to change color of text/box on shop categorie

Hi,

I’m unable to change the color of the text and box that I can configure on product categorie pages. If I leave them blank the original picture is shown – and furthermore I have not option to change the color.

How can I change the color of the text and box or how can I disable both? Please see attached picture where you can see that now everything is shown white but it’s not nice with the current pictures.
