how do I change the pop up subscribe

Hi there
I have a couple helps
How do i change the subscribe pop up box which comes up when you first go to the site.. or remove it completely

Also i cant seem to remove the man background from behind the header.

Also the menu headers turn white on this page?.. where do i switch them back to black?
