How can we hide the SUBMIT button on our form (as we wish to make an action from the fourth field-select box instead). Please see attached image for visual. We do not want the submit button to appear at all.Also, in the form select box (4th box) – How do we make this so that when someone selects one of the three options, the form re-directs to a custom URL – there will be three different URL’s for the three different fields.
