Hello i want to change translate my theme

i was try (wp-content\plugins\sitesao-core\languages )

(wp-content\plugins\sitesao-core\languages)

defualt.po file translate but not working. how to translate.

i was wpconfig file add wp-config file add ( define (‘WPLANG’, ‘en_US’); )

 

my site only one language use. English text to Mongolian text
