Header style are not visible as shown in item details

Hi,

This theme is good but where do I find the header styles like it was shown on the demo page?

When I goto : appearance > theme options > Header > Header styles :- I can see only 7 header styles but on the demo of item details, it was shown around 12-15 header styles. Where do I get those header styles?

 

Second thing, when I check my website on my 22 inches PC, the footer doesn’t covers upto border of browser, there are some white spaces between footer and browser borders. Please help.
