Having a number of issues with the plugin functionality

Hello,

I have your plugin through Ultimatum Theme. Should I contact you for help or them? I’ve having a number of issues with the plugin functionality, and there’s very little documentation they are supplying with the plugin. So, I’m at a loss.

1.) I have a contact form that’s for site visitors (no registered users except for admin), and I’d like for the message sent to me to have their email address as the reply-to address. I cannot get that to work. I have the form name as email, and I have used [form_email] in the notifications field, but it simply puts “[form_email]” instead of the information. (I have the same issue for the subject line.)

2.) When I get in the form as an email, it’s all run together, and I thought that had been fixed in an update. The version supplied with Ultimatium is 1.1.11. Maybe that’s an older version, and they haven’t updated. So, I tried using each of the contact form fields instead of [form_body], but they did not provide the submitted information either, just the codes.

3.) Both of these makes it impossible to use the auto-responder feature since I cannot get the user’s email into the field.

4.) Finally, I’d really like to be able to export the submissions, but I don’t see any option to do that. Again, I thought that had been added last month.
