Hi, We have many forms created with your plugin on our site they are all using PHP MAILER.
When I test the forms they work for me, but we have a few people that told us they filled it out and sent and we did not receive anything and nothing in our entries folder as well.
Should we use SMTP for mailing? how do we set that up? please advise, thanks
