The forms on thehgroup-salem.com stopped working and we’ve been trying for 2 weeks to get them working again. We had to remove all the forms from the site until we can get the following “Contact Test” form working.

The form is submitting to the WordPress admin, but aren’t being received through email. Would you please login and take a look? I’ll send you admin login credentials and FTP info immediately following this message. Also, the version number we see for DHVC in the WP admin is 2.2.0 which is strange, because we see on your CodeCanyon page that the current version is 2.1.1.
Our client has been very patient with us, but I’m afraid their patience may be running out. Please take a look as soon as you can. We really need your help.
