Form submit: "undefined"

Hi there,

We have a critical showstopper on a WP site that’s about to be running at a major tradeshow. The site is successfully running on WAMP, on an Intel Stick, attached to a massive touch monitor. All site functionalities work perfectly, but our clients are saying that when hitting the submit button on the (DHVVC) form, there is a small “undefined” above the form fields, in red, where normally would be success text.

Have you experience enough to know a list of potential causes for this?

Running the latest WP and your plugin, as of 2 weeks ago.
