Form not sending email data.

Hi,

 

I’m using the form to send data to a third party application that extracts the data, this was working until 2 days ago when the test information just suddenly stopped appearing in the application. I’ve spent ages working out the source of the problem as there are many moving parts and today I’ve finally worked out that the issue is that the form data isn’t being sent at all.

To test this I added my own email address to the list of recipients in the forms settings and sent a test email. There’s no sign of the information in the application or in my email inbox (I have checked spam/junk also).

I need you to login to the site and work out what the issue is, luckily I’m testing the site before it goes live so this hasn’t caused any disruption (yet) but I need to know why this has happened and how it can be prevented in the future.
