Form doesn't send Auto-email reply

Hello,

I’m running an event, and using the DHVC form for clients registration.
It was working very fine, however, since yesterday, I’m having a big pain with it as its not sending auto-email replies any more.

I’m using PHP Mailer, as the method of sending.

Kindly help me quikly solve this issue !!!!!!!
