Hi great Add-on by the way,
I’m having an issue with your form creator. I have created multiple forms with different fields. Once I fill out every field and hit submit I do not receive the answers from the fields I have filled when submitting the form. I have attached a screen shot so you can see what I’m talking about. In your PDF it doesn’t really state how to set up the setting so you can receive this data information via email. Im using gmail to send a reply email as well as receiving the form data. Please let me know how I can set this up in order to get the field answers via email.
