Form Control tab not showing in Visual Composer

Hi I have installed the Form plugin and I can see it in WordPress admin panel, when I go Add new Form and whant to add elemenst the “Form Contol” tab is not showing.

I am using a theme from http://www.frogsthemes.com/wordpress-themes/removals-pro that was bundled with WPBakery Visual Composer Version 4.1.1
