Does your latest theme use at least version 5.3.1 of font awesome?
This is the earliest version of font-awesome that has patreon icons included.
The current version of your theme that I am running is only supporting version 4.7 of font awesome.
Any chance the theme will be updated to included version 5.3.1 or later of font awesome any time in the future?
