Failed to initialize plugin: dhwc_layout

Hi there

After the update to the latest WordPress release (5.5) and latest WooCommerce (4.3.2) the plugin drops an error when editing a product. (see attached imaged)
I am using Bridge Theme with WPBakery Page Builder. Basically with the plugin activated everything works except the text editor from the Page Builder and it throws that error. I fI wsitch to classic mode I can edit and save the changes made to the text.
Once the plugin is deactivated everything works fine.
Is there a way to fix that?
