Email using the user email

Hi friends, please, could you help me?

I created a restricted area on my site where users after logged in, will have to fill about 10 different forms.

It is not part of these forms the email field.

But I wish to send the form, the notification e-mail come to the user’s sender.

In the email notification settings, I scored as SENDER EMAIL TYPE: EMAIL.

In SENDER EMAIL I inserted the shortcode: [USER_EMAIL].

But sending the email does not arrive in the email inbox that receipt.

If not possible the use of water in this way, could you give me a light on how to proceed.
