Elements are not showing in WPBakery Page Builder

I have installed (and reinstalled) ‘Single product page builder’ but in the ‘WPBakery Page builder’ (Visual composer) I am not able to see all the elements under ‘WC Single Product’ tab when I try to add element. Only the basic elements are visible (15 total) where I am supposed to get 28 elements as per purchase. Main key elements like Price, Rating, Image are missing.
