Different problems with Loja

Dear Sir or Madame,

i have different problems with your Loja Theme.

1. Can’t edit your topmenu (Account, My Wishlist). In Appereance -> Menus i can only add a second topmenu (Account 2).

2. Topmenu link-hover in grey #666666 (like link-hover in footer).

3. No Register-link in the Account-popup. Where can new customers register?

4. Can’t edit Heading background picture in Theme Options -> Header. There is always the standard picture.

5. Can’t edit the color of send button at contact page: Button in in #666666, hover in #0099cc.

6. Can’t edit hyperlink color in text: color #0099cc, link-hover #666666

7. No title image at single blog post, please add it.
