DHWCPage & Nectar Salient theme issue

I’ve got an issue with border animation on WooCommerce single product pages. Simply they do not work. Code for this DIV section is exactly the same (cloned).

WordPress is a clean install. Everything is updated to the newest version. Animation work on a single page template that was embedded within the theme.
