DHVC Not Showing Up.

I’ve installed the plugin here. http://www.designpointdev.com/SAU/wp-admin

The Form Builder’s Shortcodes are not showing up in the Visual Composer Settings / User Group Access Rules / Administrator. See attached .PNG
