DHVC Form Select not working…

Hello,

I’m trying to add a Form Select element on Visual composer.
I use “Genero” Label and “genero” as Name.
I use “Comedy” in Option 1 field and “value0” for Value field.
Then I use “Drama” in Option 2 field and “value1” for Value field.

Then I save my form, and nothing shows up:

Whats wrong?
