Can you help me with product detail page?

I have problem with “description position” on product page. I need this position under image according to Print screen1. Kindly advice how can I do it in code per printscreen4?

I bought WooCommerce Single Product Page Builder so I should be able to make all pages per my opinion, however while I am doing that the webside looks really bad. Check printcsreen3 or:
