Critical error with new versions

Hello there,

by updating with the new plugin version, I have a critical error on my website

Now the version installed is 5.2.8

 

These are my site information

WordPress 6.0.3
Theme: Impreza Child (version 1.0)
Plugin WooCommerce (version 7.0.0)
Version PHP 7.4.33

How can I fix this issue? Or do you have a repository with old versions? Maybe I would try with 5.0 or 4.9
