Dear Sitesao team,
I purchased your DHVC form builder for wordpress with VC and successfully installed it, set up my mail chimp account and also created a form. But when i click on view for it says:
“404-Page Not Found
The requested page cannot be found. Maybe your item has not been approved yet.”
what is wrong?

PS: by the way, your contact form on this site does not work…
