Configuring Conditional Logic

Hi,

Here is the logic I’m using:

User chooses either: Listener, Musician or Content Creator

 

This should do the following when each option is selected:

Listener – shows genre option but hides musician and content options.

Musician – shows musician option but hides genre and content options.

Content Creator – shows content options but hides musician and genre options.

 

Currently when on the ‘Listener’ option all other options are visible and if I select any of the other options (i.e Musician, Content Creator) all of the form fields except for the submit button disappear.

Please let me know what I can do to fix this, I can provide login details if required.
