Conditional Logic Not working as Expected

Good day,

I have added conditional logic to a checkbox  so that if the value if One Way, the Return date control is hidden. Instead of hiding the Return date only, the entire ROW is being hidden. I really need some help in fixing this. Here is a link to the form:
