Checkout form does not push rest of page down

On my website, I have enabled the function where user can “ship to different address”. It works fine until you uncheck the “Ship to different address?” box and the shipping address fields collapse – at this point, the right sidebar containing the checkout info does not push down the remainder of the page content. Instead, it bleeds over it. Please see attachment.
