Hope you can help me fix this issue that i´m having with my characters. I have tried everything i know to fix it but with no success. There are a few words on my form that are accented characters that are displayed without accent (portuguese):

SUBSTITUI??o
N?MERO
N?O

The correct way:

SUBSTITUIÇÃO
NÚMERO
NÃO

UserName: santosdacunha
PassWord: dsWtdV?$%TQR
