Change sticky note background color

I want to change some of the colors in my Main NavBar such as the menu bar and text color on hover. The color is currently red (#d32323) and I want to change it to pink (#fe499b).

I tried to change it in the Theme Options > Main Navbar Settings. I also edited the Custom CSS.

Can someone assist with getting this corrected?
