Change Default Category Image

Hi,

How do I change the default category image? (currently a black and white image of guy in a suit) Without individually having to update each category header?

For example: http://dev.hadfieldguns.com/product-category/womenswear/

I’ve gone to theme options > header > and added a header background image but no change.

Please advise.
