Category Grid Not working like in video/demo

I have bought the plugin because I was hoping to create a layout like you have for your category page in the video.

I have followed the video to the letter but the following problems have occurred:

– set as 3 rows but got 4 rows

– set images size (340w x 400h) but images are showing wrong size/dimensions (270px w x 200px h)

– I want titles below the images as in your demo but they are showing above as with the default Woo Products element.

Is this possible?
Please see screenshots for examples. I have an under construction page up. I can send admin logins if you want.
