Category background behind primary menu

Hi,

Is there a way to make the Category Heading Background not to place itself behind the Primary Menu?

I have attached an image which I hope describes what I want to achive. The first picture (marked as “1”) you can see the background picture behind the menu which makes the menu a bit difficult to read. The second picture (marked as “2”) is what I would like to achive; the category background is not placed behind the menu.

The theme documentation mentions a setting in the Appearance -> Theme Options -> Header; “Transparent Main Menu: Enable or Disable main menu background transparency.”. But I can’t find that option. Has this setting been moved or removed?
