Cart -> TOTAL adding TAX (Product all ready has tax included)

Issues with TAX being added at the checkout?

Prices entered with tax – Yes, I will enter prices inclusive of tax

Manually set fixed prices

Base Store Currency = USD [0% Tax)
2nd Currency AUD [10% GST]

EG> I have a product that is fixed priced $US 89 and $AU 89.95

Example.
1. Australian customer is displayed the item for $AU 89.95 and add it to cart.
2. On checkout the price has updated to $AU 98.95 (89.95 + 10% GST) [Incorrect price]

How can I correct this please to show the correct price $AU 89.95 including GST?
