Can't import XML

Hi,

i create a demo version in a server now i want to import the XML to another server and i can’t. I tried in Appearance > import and export >

the error: Request Entity Too Large

The requested resource
/wp-admin/options.php
does not allow request data with POST requests, or the amount of data provided in the request exceeds the capacity limit.

Then i tried in plugins with wordpress and i can’t neither.

I need help 🙁
