Can't get mailing to work

Hi, I tried the form with MailChimp and it works, but when I try to just email the form to me it doesn’t work. I tried both PHP Mailer and SMTP with the right settings and I’m never getting any email.

With PHP Mailer it shows the confirmation message but I get no email.

With SMTP, I don’t get the confirmation message.

Is there anything I can try to get it to work?
