Hello! I am hoping you can help resolve the issues I am having with my form. As others have stated, you do not seem to provide any information anywhere on how to manage the settings for the forms. I tried to watch a video tutorial you posted, but it freezes up at 57 seconds.
First, when I test the form by filling it out and hitting the submit button, it brings me to a “page not found” 404 error page on my site.
Second, even though I have selected the settings to have the data emailed to me, it never gets emailed to me.
Third, when I refresh my form page (which is titled Test), I see an error message at the top of the page that says “Please enter a username.”
