Can't Create Any Fields In New Form

Every time I try and create a new form and enter any type of field (Ex: text, email, paragraph…) I can never “Save Changes” to close the form builder and save the form.

I keep seeing errors like: Field name is required. Please enter single word, no spaces, no start with number. Underscores(_) allowed

Any help would be awesome!
