Cannot select contact form to use it in a page

Hello

I hope you are fine.

In my new site https://jewelryaccessories4u.com/ i have created 2 contact forms.

When i go to a page to insert a contact form i only see the first one and not the second to select it and use it.

In the plugin’s settings i normally see the 2 forms with the names, shortcodes e.t.c.

Please advice
