Button + Order Completions + Sales Tax Problems

I have a new plugin I activated, Nex-Forms, and it is showing an odd box on the “Submit” button when you hover the mouse. It looks to be the same effect as the other buttons, but it is not hidden. Link here to view https://streamlinevape.com/our-services/co-packing/

Also I have tried to contact literally everyone between plugins,  Wordpress, and WooCommerce. No one can narrow down this other problem. When orders are purchased the customer’s order in the WordPress Dashboard > WooCommerce > Orders show up as Completed. They used to show up as Processing.  I need to have them show up as Processing as our admin employee is confused to which order needs to be processed and sent to the warehouse for order filling as well as our customers thinking the product already left our facility and they are requesting the shipping tracking #.

Then when we look at customer orders in WooCommerce > Orders the Sales Tax isn’t showing thought it is showing on Authorize.net through their site. Please Help! Thank you SiteSAO Team!
