Backend and Front Buttons doesnt appear on my product page backend

Good day:

I Purchased this plugin and installed it on my wordpress site. I get the “Product Template” option but the templates are not applying on my products even if i select them on the product page.

 

Also im  not getting any buttons to use WPBakery Page Builder on any of my products. What can i do?
