Auto Reply not sending

Hello

Love your plugin 🙂

I have setup a form (see attached screenshot) with auto reply enabled but when I complete the form this email is not sent. I use a SMTP server with wordpress and when I login to that server the email was never sent so I therefore presume it’s something to do with your plugin not sending it.

Have I setup the auto reply correctly?
